Delivery policy

Delivery Prices

For all fuel savers and water welding machines, postage and packaging will be free during our initial introduction period during June and July 2008 only. Therafter postage and packaging will be £15.00 per unit

Units will be sent out by carrier 2/3 days delivery depending on our stock levels.

If the delivery address is within the Scottish Islands & Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles, or any country outside of Great Britain, please contact us for a delivery quotation before you order. We will need to know the exact quantities and items that you wish to order. Because the delivery charge will differ from the charges above, you will not be able to order online, but we will welcome your order by phone, email or fax.

To help our carriers, if the delivery address does not have a house number, you may like to supply brief directions in the Additional Delivery Information box.

Delivery Method

Standard orders will be delivered in cartons by carrier by a 2 to 3 working day delivery service. Please note, if you order is to be delivered by post or carrier, you will not be notified in advance of the likely delivery date, however, if you are keen to know when your order will be/has been despatched, or if you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us on 01326 281442.

Should you require delivery to take place on a certain date or by a certain time, you will not be able to order on line as the delivery charges online apply to delivery via 2 to 3 working day delivery service. Please telephone us on 01326 281442 to make special arrangements. We will be happy to take your order over the phone instead.

Signing for Delivery

Someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the delivery when it arrives. Please ensure you inspect your goods on arrival and check that the number of cartons you have received corresponds with the number of cartons on the delivery note before you sign for delivery. If there are any signs of damage, or if there is a shortage of cartons, it is essential that you write this on the carrier’s consignment note at the time of delivery. Claims for damage or shortage can only be made if you have recorded this information on the carrier’s consignment note, and if your claim is made within 3 days of delivery.

If there is no one at the delivery address, the carriers will leave a card with a contact telephone number to say that they have called and to ask you to telephone them to rearrange delivery.

Delivery Deadline

Our aim is that you should receive your order within 7 working days of placing your order, excluding Bank Holidays and our Christmas & New Year break, subject to stock levels and receipt of full payment.

Please note, on rare occasions exceptional circumstances may prevent us from meeting delivery within 7 working days.

As we do not give you notice of the despatch of your order in advance, it is important that you advise us on 01326 281442 if you have not received your order within 7 working days (or, for palletised deliveries, on the delivery date specified) so that we can investigate and rectify this before the statutory deadline expires. After investigation, if we are unable to meet the statutory deadline, we will contact you to offer a revised delivery date after the statutory deadline or substitute products. Should you choose to decline either offer, a full refund (price of products paid and delivery charge) will be offered.
